We offer two types of paella pans.
- Enameled, mainly for home use (no treatment required) and
- Polished steel, for outdoor, rugged use (i.e. camping etc).

The authentic, Spanish made Paella pan.

While the pan has been made to the highest standard using generations of skill there are some important things that must be done to ensure that you get the best out of your equipment and that it will last for many years.

To cure your pan properly, boil water in the pan, pour away and wash the pan in warm, soapy water. Dry immediately with a soft cloth and ensure that it is never allowed to air dry.

To store after cleaning, rub both the inside and outside surfaces with cooking oil, wrap in paper and store in a plastic bag or similar in a dry place.

DURING USE   DURING USE
The pan has been designed for use with either gas or open flame but an empty pan should never be placed on direct heat. Heat the pan slowly and control the heat at all times. If it is used in the oven DO NOT allow it to be exposed to temperatures higher than 250 degrees Celsius for more than 10 minutes

NEVER use the pans in a microwave oven and use only wooden or metal utensils- never plastic. Please be aware that these pans get far hotter than normal pans and while in use the whole pan is hot.

The pan is for use by adults only and should be kept away from children at all times.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS   CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Although the pan is enamelled, food may still stick. To clean it after use we recommend soaking in warm soapy water to loosen any food, after which it should be thoroughly cleaned in warm soapy water, WITHOUT using a scrubbing pad or any other abrasive material as that will harm the surface and invalidate the warranty.

Once cleaned, it should be dried and stored carefully, ensuring that no damage is caused by contact with other objects as the warranty only covers faulty materials.
As the pan is not covered with non stick materials food may stick. To clean it after use we recommend soaking in warm soapy water to loosen any food, after which it should be thoroughly cleaned in warm soapy water, using a scrubbing pad if necessary.

Once cleaned it should be dried and stored as described above; failure to dry and oil properly will cause the pan to rust.
